Adding hydraulic oil:
After the installation of the lift and after the connection of the hydraulic, pneumatic and
electric system, proceed with refilling the tank wiht 20 Lt of hydraulic oil type H46.
The hydraulic oil is not provided by the manufacturer.
Make sure that the hydraulic oil put into the system is clean.
Use a filter to avoid impurities from entering the circuit and to prevent potential malfunctions
caused by a possible block of the oil circuit and the failure of the solenoid valve.
Activate the lift by pressing the "UP" button and check that the engine rotate clockwise.
(looking down); if the engine turns reverse, switch off the power connection and change
the engine phase. Only authorized personnel is allowed to carry out this type of operations
since, when the lift is active, there is a high electrical voltage inside the control unit.
Adjusting the leveling of the platforms:
Press the "UP" button to lift the platforms at a height of about 1000mm.
Press the "SEC.DOWN" button and check that the safety device gets engaged.
Press the "DOWN" button to lower. The air cylinder (figure 17) and the solenoid valve (figure
18) will activate and will firstly lift the platforms that will start succesively to lower until they
reach the lower limit end switch (figure 20).
To lower the platforms up to the closing position the operator must release the "DOWN"
button and then press the « LOCK SEC. DOWN» button.
