PERSONNEL RISKS:
All the potential hazards for operators, maintenance personnel, installer and for any other
person present on the lift operating area indicated on this manual, come from an improper
use of the lift.
RISK IN USING THE LIFT:
During lifting and lowering operations the personnel must stand in the safety zone,
following the rules and the instruction provided by this manual.
During lifting and lowering phases, no person is allowed to work under the lift. Always
operate the lift from the safety zone.
RISK OF IMPACT
Before the operator starts moving the platforms up and down, he must check that no one
is inside the danger zone of the lift. When, for operational reasons, the lift is stopped at a
relatively low position (with a height less than 1,75m) make sure to avoid the impact with
parts of the machine that are not marked with special colors. Figure 10

RISK OF FALL FOR OPERATOR
No one is authorized to stand on the platforms or inside the vehicle during lifting and
lowering phases.
RISK OF CHANGE OF POSITION OF THE VEHICLE
The lifted vehicles may be subjected to forces that can move it out of its safe position.
Make sure that the vehicle is securely fastened, with gear and handbrake engaged.
VEHICLE FALL RISK
This type of risk may arise when the vehicle is incorrectly positioned on the platforms or in
vehicle with dimension that are not compatible with lifting capacity.
