Installation of the crossbars:
Place the front and the rear crossbars on the floor.
Insert an iron/wood plate under the crossbars so that they are lifted to about 300mm.
Fix the eight nylon buffers (supplied) on the crossbars.
Platforms Installation:
Place the two platforms on the crossbars, the main platform (the one with the cylinder)
should be on the left side of the vehicle direction, the secondary platform should be on the
right side.
The sliding guide of the rolling-jack (optional) must be visible from the inner side of the
platforms .
Check the alignment of the two platforms and that the diagonal of the two crossbars is
of the same measure.
Column Installation:
Place the 4 columns on each side of the crossbars.
Place the safety bar and allow it to pass through the crossbars (hooking of secures),
insert it into its column and fasten it to the highest end.
The crossbars inserted in the columns have to match perfectly, also thanks to the previous
insertion of the nylon buffers.
The main column in which the pump is installed is fastened on the left side of the moving
direction .
Be careful that the safety bar is perfectly in the axis with its column/crossbar.
Fasten the columns at ground with the provided anchoring bolts.
ANCHOR PLUG INSTALLATION:
The anchor plugs installation must be carried out simultaneously whit the installation of the
lift, this is to ensure the stability of the structure and a perfect seal:
Adjust the base parallelism and the distance between the two platforms.
Fasten the anchor plugs with a percussion electric drill, poke a 120 mm hole and clean it
before inserting the dowels. (Picture21)
Use a rubber hammer to insert the dowels into the floor.
Warning: do not work under the lift as long as it has not been completely filled with hydraulic
oil and until the safety devices functioning have been tested.
