Milk is not foamy
after frothing or
it is not coming
out of the steam
tube.
No water comes
out from the
pump.

Steam tube is blocked.
Water tank is not securely in place.
There is air in the steam tube.
SPECIFICATIONS
Clean the steam tube using
a clip and descale the steam
tube following the DESCALING
instructions.
Press down firmly on the tank.
When the pump is working, turn
the steam knob anticlockwise
to dispense appropriate amount
of water.
