Cleaning Battery and Battery Compartment
Risk of electric shock or fire. Do not use conducting materials
to clean battery or battery compartment.
1.
Depress battery latch release
and slide battery out of battery
compartment.
2.
Use compressed air or a soft bristle
brush to remove debris from battery
and battery compartment (J).
Guide Bar
1.
Clean before using.
2.
Clean the groove (L) of the guide
bar with a small screwdriver.
3.
Clean oil holes (M) with a wire.
4.
Invert guide bar periodically.
5.
Clean the guide bar mount area
before installing the guide bar.
