When transporting the bike, we recommend leaving the battery in, especially if the bike could
be subjected to weather or external agents that could settle in the contact area between the
battery and the component. In the case of excessive vibration, the component LED turns on
but if it does not receive any activation requests from the control levers, the turns off after
30 min.
If it is necessary to remove the battery from the component, the battery compartment must
be protected from any external agents that could get inside. Switch off the Ergopowers as per
the specific User Manual to avoid draining the batteries inside.
When using the app (refer to paragraph 5.7), with the rear derailleur connected, the component
display will indicate the presence of a more updated firmware for your components.
If it is available, follow the instructions in the app to perform the update.
Attention, the component battery charge must be above 50% to proceed.
If after updating the firmware the white front derailleur led turns on flashing, do not remove
the battery and wait until the led turns off and starts to flash blue normally.
