The appliance must not be built into furniture or masonry walls;
Do no drill holes into the appliance or attach objects to it;
The appliance must not be used if it is out of order, damaged or has suffered impacts;
To avoid hazardous situations for the user do not use accessories or spare parts which differ
from those recommended by the manufacturer. The appliance could be damaged or prove to
be a risk for the health and life of individuals.
ATTENTION! If incorrectly positioned, the appliance is not enabled for operation.
5.3 Use
Clean the appliance before its first use (see section 6 - Cleaning and servicing);
Insert the plug into an individually interlocked protected electric socket in compliance with the
regulations;
Only put food products inside the appliance after it has reached the operating temperature set
on the control unit (see paragraph 5.4 - Operation);
Food products must only be placed inside the appliance after they have been previously refrig-
erated and have reached the storage temperature;
Food products should only be placed inside the appliance if they are packaged or closed in
suitable food-grade containers.
Each support rack has a maximum capacity of 25kg; the appliance must not exceed a total load
of 125Kg (for AK652 and AK600) and 200Kg (for AK1412 and AK1200).
5.4 Operation
The appliance is operated by means of the main I/0 power switch, the internal lighting O
(only TNG models with glass door/s) and the digital control unit which is used to set the desired
operating temperature. The DTV models have two independent control panels, one for the chilled
compartment and one for the freezer compartment. See section 8 for more details about the con-
trol panel. The user may carry out the following operations:
Switch on/off (see Pic.1 and Pic.3 - Section 8)
Press the main I/0 switch: the current temperature inside the refrigerator will appear on the display.
After about 3 minutes, the compressor on LED (LED no.2) and the internal fan on LED (LED no.3) will
turn on. In the case of a power failure, the compressor will restart approximately 3 minutes after
the power supply has been restored in order to avoid damaging the appliance by switching it on and
off multiple times.
The internal light automatically turns on when the door is opened and turns off when it is closed.
The TNG models also have a switch on the control panel that allows the interior light to remain
constantly on, even with the door closed (Pic.3 - Section 8).
To shut off the appliance, press the main I/0 switch on the control panel and then disconnect the
plug from the electrical socket. Wait at least 10 seconds after disconnecting the plug before con-
necting the appliance to the power supply line again.
Temperature setting (set point)
The temperature setting can be read by pressing the S
