Cleaning of pan support
Before cleaning the pan support, allow it to cool down, so that you
can touch it with your hand without burning yourself.
■ To clean the support, remove it from the hob.
■ Clean the parts with hot washing liquid solution and a soft sponge or dish cloth.
■ Never use abrasive or sharp utensils to remove food residue from the pan
support.
■ Do not clean the parts with aggressive chemicals, acids or solvents as this
could damage the pan support.
■ Scouring pads, sandpaper, abrasive detergents and steel wool pads cause
damage to the surface of the pan support.
■ Do not use acidic solutions (lemon juice, vinegar, etc.) to
clean enamelled surfaces.
■ Do not clean the pan support in the dishwasher.
Before replacing the pan support, dry it
thoroughly.
Cleaning of air baffle plate
Before cleaning the baffle plate, allow it to cool down, so that you can
touch it with your hand without burning yourself.
■ To clean the baffle plate, remove it from the hob.
■ Clean the parts with hot washing liquid solution and a soft sponge or dish cloth.
■ Never use abrasive or sharp utensils to remove food residue from the baffle
plate.
■ Do not clean the baffle plate with aggressive chemicals,
acids or solvents as this could damage it.
■ Scouring pads, sandpaper, abrasive detergents and
steel wool pads cause damage to the surface of the
baffle plate.
■ The baffle plate can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
Before replacing the baffle plate, ensure that it is
completely dry.
