The operation of the gas hob results in an increase in temperature and air
humidity in the room.

extractor
When operating the gas glass-ceramic hob adjacent to a BORA
cooktop extractor, you must install the enclosed air baffle plate to
prevent the flames from being affected by the extractor air stream.
Place the air baffle plate between the feet of the pan support and push it against
the pan support. It is held in pace by magnets.
