■ Establish the connection between the hob and the gas line through a stop
valve, observing the applicable statutory regulations. The stop valve must be
easily accessible at all times.
■ Connection to natural gas lines are established directly to the R½" male
thread.
■ Connections to liquid gas lines (butane/propane) are established through a
sealed connecting piece to the Ø 8x1 mm pipe.
■ When planning the installation, observe the positions of the supply
connections. The gas connection must include a stop valve and must remain
accessible at all times.
We recommend installing a gas safety socket in the adjacent cabinet.
You can then connect the 0.80 m long DIN 3383 gas safety hose directly to
the elbow piece of the gas hob, ensuring gas-tight connection.
The maximum permissible length of the gas line is 1.5 m.
The gas safety hose must be installed outside the hot zones of the hob and
in such a way that it is not in contact with components that might become
hot.
It must not come into contact with moving kitchen parts (e.g. drawers).
Ensure that the connection is permanently gas-tight!
The gas connection must be established by an approved gas installer
and in accordance with the statutory regulations.
All fire and safety regulations and the regulations of the local gas
supplier must be strictly adhered to.
This guarantees that all statutory regulations and the connecting rules of
the local gas supplier are complied with.
