4. Remove the locking device under the device to disassem-
ble the guide wall. To do so, turn it one quarter revolution
in a counterclockwise direction and pull the locking device
out.
5. Turn the adjusting knob for setting the slice thickness fur-
ther out until the guide wall separates. Carefully remove it.
6. Clean all parts with clean, warm water and a small amount
of mild detergent.
7. Let everything dry completely, reassemble the device and
turn the adjusting knob for setting the slice thickness to
0 mm (turn it clockwise up to the stop point).
