4 Preparation
4.1 Initial start-up and longer breaks in use
✔ The high-speed handpiece is only able to reach full power if
indicated operating pressures are set [ → 20]. If necessary have the
pressures checked by a service technician with a star tester that is
placed between the supply hose and the quick coupling.
➢ Sterilize the high-speed handpiece and accessory parts prior to
startup.
➢ Clean and maintain the high-speed handpiece after longer breaks in
use.
4.2 Prior to starting the work day
➢ Purge the water and air channels for 30 seconds.
