Potential-free contact
A potential-free contact can be connected to the control unit as an extension kit, available as an accessory (Art.No.
80074). It can then be used to connect the unit to the building control system or to other accessories, for example, the
warning beacon (Art.No. 97715).
Establish the power supply.
To use the potential-free contact, press the alarm button (2) and the manual operation button (4) at the same time and
keep them pressed for 10 seconds.
The control unit beeps briefly 2 times as confirmation that the potential-free contact can be connected.
Press the alarm button (2) and keep itpressed for 10 seconds to activate the setting.
Connect the potential-free contact as shown on the connection diagram (see "Connection diagram").
If the buttons are kept pressed for further 10 seconds, the unit reactivates the remote signal generator and the poten-
tial-free contact alternately.
