Guidelines and Manufacturer's Declaration – Electromagnetic Immunity
The MiniScreen plus is intended for an electromagnetic environment as specified below. The user of the MiniScreen
plus should make sure that is used in such an environment.
Immunity test
Conducted RF disturbance
IEC 61000-4-6
Radiated RF disturbance
IEC 61000-4-3
Note 1
At 80MHz and 800MHz, the higher frequency range is applied.
Note 2
This guidelines may be not applied in all situations. Electromagnetic propagation is affected by
absorption and reflection from buildings, objects and people.
a
The field strength of fixed transmitter, like base stations of radio-telephones and mobile radios,
amateur radios, AM and FM radio broadcast and TV broadcast cannot be determined theoretically
in advance with certainty. To assess the electromagnetic environment due to fixed RF transmitter,
an electromagnetic site survey should be considered. If the measured field strength in the location
in which the MiniScreen plus is used exceeds the specified applicable RF compliance level, the
device should be observed, to verify normal operation. If abnormal performance is observed,
additional measures may be necessary, such as re-orienting or relocating the device.

Not applicable for the frequency range 150 kHz to 80 MHz.

Compliance Level
Portable and mobile RF communications
devices should be used not closer to any
part of the device, including cables, than the
recommended separation distance
calculated from the equation applicable to
the frequency of the transmitter
Recommended separation distance:
Not applicable
D = [1.2] √ P für 80MHz to 800MHz
d = [2.3] √ P für 800MHz to 2,5GHz
P rated power of the transmitter in watt (W),
according to the specifications of the
manufacturer and the recommended
separation distance in meter (m).
