14. Triceps pull: triceps
Lie on your back on the padding and hold both handles. Now slowly move both arms from back
to front and return. Keep legs bent.
15. Incline sit-up: belly, waist
Lie on your back on the padding, head toward the foot support, hook both feet into the
handle. Raise your torso toward your feet in small, brief movements. Your torso should
never rest on the padding.
16. Latissimus pull-up on belly: upper back, shoulders, biceps
Lie on your belly on the padding, hold the handle and do a slow pull-up.

Knee on the padding, hold the handle and do a slow pull-up.
18. Pull-on on back: lower back, shoulders, biceps, belly
Lie on your back on the padding, hold the handle and do a slow pull-up. Keep legs bent.
