Hazardous voltage indication
The multimeter will display the hazardous voltage
( ) symbol as an early precaution when the
measured voltage is:

as frequency dependence.
Hazardous current indication
The multimeter will display the
early precaution when the measured current has
reached the maximum fuse rating as follows:
