V1.0
IMPORTANT! Vibration may cause failure if a quick coupler
is connected directly to the air tool. To overcome this,
connect a leader hose to the tool. A quick coupler may then
be used to connect the leader hose to the air line hose.
ASSEMBLY
Consult the parts list as necessary during assembly.
1.
Position the frame (#1) vertically on a flat surface. Check that
mounting plate for the pump is on the right side.
2.
Insert an M10x30 bolt (#2) through each bolt hole on the frame's
bottom from the inside. Do not secure yet.
3.
Position one base (#4) over the protruding bolts. Secure each
M10x30 bolt with a M10 washer (#5), M10 lock washer (#6) and
M10 nut (#7) until hand-tight.
4.
Repeat on the other side.
5.
Secure a strut (#3) to each end of a base with an M10x30 bolt,
M10 washer, M10 lock washer and M10 nut until hand-tight.
6.
Secure the free end of each strut to the second set of bolt holes
from the bottom with an M10x30 bolt, M10 washer, M10 lock
washer and M10 nut.
7.
Screw the pressure gauge (#21) and o-ring (#24) into the
connection nut (#25) of the three-way valve block (#23) through
the hole on the upper beam.
8.
Connect one end of the long hydraulic hose (#15) to the 90°
connection nut (#27) on the end of the three-way valve block.
9.
Secure the pump with M10x15 bolts (#17) and M10 washers. The
bolts are inserted through the right post and into screw holes in the
pump's mounting frame.
10. Connect the other end of the long hydraulic hose (#15) to the
pump's connection nut.
11. Thread the upper round nut (#30) onto the ram until it reaches the
top threads.
12. Slide the ram through the opening in the cylinder base plate until
the upper round nut is sitting on top of the plate.
