10. REALIZACIÓN DE LOS FRESADOS
Situar la fresadora sobre la superficie de la plantilla
de lazos, seguir el perfil de los dientes de la plantilla
deslizando suavemente la fresadora y obtendremos
los lazos en macho y su alojamiento correspondiente.

válidad de 12 meses a partir del día de suministro,
quedando excluidas todas las manipulaciones o daños
ocasionados por manejo inadecuado o por desgaste

1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR
OPERATING THE ATTACHMENT
Carefully read the GENERAL SAFETY
INSTRUCTIONS LEAFLET enclosed with
the machine documentation.
1.1 Before connecting the edge trimmer ensure that
the supply voltage is the same as that shown on the
specification plate and check that the trimmer is
correctly positioned on the surface of the attachment.
1.2 Wait until the machine has come to a complete
stop before removing it from the surface of the
attachment.
1.3 Always keep hands clear of the cutting area, and
always hold the trimmer firmly using the grips.
1.4 Check that the wood to be trimmed is secured by
the clips on the attachment.
1.5 Always use original VIRUTEX tools. Never use
damaged tools or tools in poor condition.

OF THE DOVETAILING ATTACHMENT
The principal function of the dovetailing attachment
is to trim the dovetailing prior to jointing the boards.
The dovetailing attachment is equipped with a 26 mm
plate pitch which can be replaced if needed by other
optional accessories with different pitch.

6. POSITIONING THE
DOVETAILING ATTACHMENT
To use the dovetailing attachment it is necessary to
secure it to a bench or worktable using the drill holes
A (Fig. 1) provided on both sides of the base.
The front of the dovetailing attachment
must extend over the end of the table
in order to have enough room free for
the vertical wood to pass.
7. POSITIONING THE WOOD
Place wood B (Fig. 2) between the teeth on the
attachment by moving stop G using knob D, to centre
the start of the first dovetail (Fig. 3).
So that wood pieces B and F are jointed when assembled
the lateral movement needed is automatically obtained
from the limiters G and the adjuster D.
Secure wood B with knobs E without letting it touch
the attachment: it simply acts as a stop for when wood
F is put into place.
Position wood F so that it stops up against wood B at
the front and against stop G at the side and secure it
with the upper knobs H.
Release the front knobs E which secure wood B and
move it up against the attachment and against G on
the side. Secure it again using knobs E.
We recommend making two dovetailing trims each
time, one at each end of the attachment. If only one
end is used you should place some wood of equal
thickness to B and F at the other end so that the clips
are not forced when securing the wood with knobs E
and H respectively.
