LOCATION IN YOUR HOME

Waves has been designed to be
installed in the bathroom, toilet,
kitchen etc. When installing your
device, bear in mind that Waves
must be installed at least 5 cm away
from the wall and/or ceiling. This is
to make sure the front cover can be
removed at all times.

When installing an electrical appli­
ance in your bathroom, be aware you
cannot place it wherever you please.
A bathroom is divided into four zones
(0 up to 3), ranked according to the
risk level of water getting close or
touching the electrical supply. Waves
is suitable to be installed in zones 2
and 3 (IP44).

In addition, make sure there is a dis­
tance of at least 2.25 m between
Waves and the floor underneath. For
example, if you are thinking of mount­
ing Waves onto the ceiling above
your bath tub, bear in a mind that
this is only possible as long as the
distance between the floor of your
bath tub and the ceiling amounts to
a minimum of 2.25 m (see A on figure
below).
