Bevel pressure pipe 9.1.
Glue the spacer bushing 9.2 into the control head 9.3. Attention, the bushing must be cleanly deburred so that
the control head does not tear when pressed in. Glue in the pressure tube 9.1 so that the slope in the opening
of the control head is visible and the passage is free.
Push on O-ring 9.4.
Insert the control head with pressure tube into the monitor base 9.15 and push the adjusting ring 9.6 onto the
pressure tube so that it just disappears into the monitor base. Stick it in this position. Pull the control head out
again.
Glue the closed tube elbow 9.6 to the control head.
Glue the 100 mm long silicone tube piece 9.7 into the swivel bearing 9.8. Then shorten the piece of hose to 24
mm. Glue jet tube 9.9 tube flange 9.10 and monitor tip 9.11.
Push the tube elbow 9.12 over the tube. Glue the hose end in the control head 9.3. Lay the hose and glue the
unit together.
Attention: The pipe elbows 9.6 and 9.12 must not be glued to the swivel bearing 9.8.
Glue on valve body 9.13 and hand wheels 9.14. Push on monitor base 9.15 and fix it rotatably to the pressure
pipe with washer 9.16 and adjusting ring 9.17 - 9.18.
Glue monitor flange 9.19 to the base.
Seal the hole "A" on part 9.3 with Stabilit Express. Make the second monitor in the same way.
