Intended use

The Variant F system is used for the collection and automatic lifting of faecal and faecal-free wastewater above the backwa-
ter level.
The Variant S system is used for the collection and automatic lifting of faecal-free wastewater above the backwater level.
Use in a potentially explosive environment is only permissible when the system has the respective configuration (ATEX-
certified).
Domestic wastewater is the only pumping medium possible.
Observe regional and local municipal regulations - maximum wastewater temperatures (e.g. 35 °C) are often stipulated,
amongst other things.
All conversions or attachments that are carried out without the express and written permission of the manufacturer, the use
of non-genuine spare parts and repairs carried out by companies or persons not approved by the manufacturer will lead to a
loss of warranty.

Product description

Variants
The systems of the XL series for wet installation are available in the variants Aqualift F XL and Aqualift S XL. The Mono and
Duo variants are equipped with one or two pumps respectively. The layout and piping of the two variants is designed sym-
metrically in order to make later conversion possible (Mono to Duo and vice versa).
Aqualift F XL is equipped with a submersible black water pump with macerating system (STZ) and designed for pumping
faecal wastewater. When configured accordingly (pump, level measurement and control unit), this system variant fulfils
ATEX requirements.
Aqualift S XL is equipped with submersible grey water pumps which are equipped either with a multi-vane impeller or chan-
nel impeller (GTF or GTK). They are designed for faecal-free wastewater.
Control
The system starts up automatically through the control unit. For this, the control unit processes the signals from level mea-
surement.
This system uses level sensors for level measurement as standard. Pumping is activated when the defined fill level has been
reached. Pumping is ended after the fill level has fallen again by an appropriate amount.
If two pumps are connected, they are switched on either individually or together, depending on the fill level and positioning of
the level measurement.
