The Real Racing Mode allows one or two players to control real Carrera Race cars on
Carrera tracks, using the Game Boy® Advance™. With precise, responsive digital
control, players can enjoy modes sporting advanced timing, race control and pit stop
features. Race through grueling laps, against the clock or a friend. Do not take too
much damage, or run out of fuel. When you are done thrashing the competition,
race against your own best laps with the Ghost Car.

UICK TARTING ACE
To play a quick race, using the Game Boy® Advance™ as controller, without
enabling the advanced features of other modes, select Quick Race at the
opening menu. The game will move to the race screen. It will stay in this
screen until the Master GBA is reset. Lap counts and times will be shown, but
best laps or records cannot be recorded in this mode. To use other game
features select Full Game.

ELECTING A RACK AND LAYER
The Real Racing mode lets you save data
relating to 6 tracks. Best Laps and the player
that set those laps will be recorded. To
overwrite a slot, press the B Button. Use the
Control Pad Left and Control Pad Right to
scroll through the letters, and Control Pad Up
or Control Pad Down to modify the active
letter. Pressing the B Button cancels changes
and the A Button confirms them. Data for
this track will be reset, and records for this
entry lost.
As well as Tracks, you can save data for 12 players. Each player retains a wins
and losses record, and a count of any records set. If you overwrite a slot, data
for this player is reset, and records set by them listed as '???'. Record times will
stand.
To return to the Track select menu press SELECT.
