You can buy cars, from the Auto Shop. Cycle
through them, using the directional buttons
on the Control Pad. The A Button purchases
a car. There are many types of car, each
behaving differently. Some are fast, others
have better acceleration or control. Expensive
cars are generally better, but not all cars can
be bought, some are hidden!

A well-balanced car, easy to drive but
slow compared with other classes.

These have higher top speeds than
classics, but higher weight makes
them dangerous on fast corners.

Similar top speed to V8‚s but
improved acceleration. Their superior
traction and low weight allow them
to corner at speed.

Cars in this class have increased
acceleration over Touring cars, but an
increase in weight, making corners
hazardous if taken too fast.

Time Attack lets you race against a ghost car, that recites the fastest lap you
have completed. Race a complete lap, and the ghost car appears, repeating that
lap as you go. It will retain data for the fastest lap you have completed in this
race. Race with any car you own, on any lane of the track you choose.
