Each player can adjust vehicle settings before the race. If you want to set your
starting fuel load, and work on a pit strategy, this is the place to do it. You can
set how much damage the car will take in a crash too.

ONTROLS
During the race, the A Button accelerates, Control Pad Up activates the turbo
boost. Turbo will end after a short period of time. Press the L BUTTON up to 2
seconds after crossing the finish line to enter the pit lane (only when needed), or
pit in by pressing start when the P P I I T T I I N N message is shown. START allows you to
quit the race.

The split timer reads the time
between you and your opponent
At the top right you will see three sockets. These hold award trophies. If you are
leading, a socket holds an RL (Race Leader) trophy. If you hold the best lap,
another holds a BL (Best Lap) trophy. If you have bested a track record, a socket
holds an R trophy (Record).
