To unlock the shelf, lift it up and pull it towards you, then while keeping it pulled towards you, begin the downward movement.
CAUSES OF NON-OPERATION
y When turned on, nothing lights up :
- check electrical power
- press button 1
y During retherm or maintaining the temperature, heating in the hot chamber does not work:
- the safety thermostat has been tripped, contact your reseller
y While maintaining the temperature, heating for the hot compartment does not work :
- the safety thermostat has been tripped, contact your reseller
y Messages are displayed on the touch screen case :
- «Err1» the cold control sensor is defective
y Both compartments cannot be used, however the heating elements on top can operate:
- «Err2» the hot control sensor is defective
y The cold compartment can continue to operate however the hot compartment will not operate:
- «Err4» the condenser and extractor fans are no longer working, both compartments will not operate.
- «Err3» the insertion sensor (option) is defective
y The decrease in cold temperature is taking longer than usual:
- the condenser is dirty, it must be cleaned (see below).
- the evaporator is dirty, it must be cleaned (see below).)

PRECAUTIONS IN USE

y This equipment is not intended for use by individuals (including children) with reduced physical, mental or sensory capacities, or by indivi-
duals lacking the necessary experience or knowledge, unless they have received supervision or prior instructions relating to the use of the
equipment by an individual responsible for their safety.
y Children should be supervised in order to ensure that they do not play with the equipment.
y The infrared lamps and the hot plates as well as the neighbouring steel sheets are very hot and can cause burns.
CLEANING
BEFORE ALL CLEANING UNPLUG THE APPLIANCE FROM THE ELECTRIC SUPPLY
y Wait until the unit has cooled down before cleaning.
y Only the inside of the compartments can be cleaned with a low pressure stream.
y Cleaning the condenser: the condenser has to be cleaner by an after-sales service department.
