y Electrical connection :
Trolleys must be connected to an electric line with :
- Minimum section of 2.5 mm2 for the 2*4 reheating model.
- Minimum section of 5*1.5 mm2 for the 2*8 reheating models
The electrical connection must be made dependent on a highly-sensitive differential device that is protected against overcurrent.

y Turning it on : connect the plug to the mains dependent on a highly-sensitive differential device that is protected against overcurrent.
All of the trolley's functions can be accessed directly via the touch screen.

USE
These devices are designed to maintain the temperature cold in the cold chamber for starters, desserts and drinks, and maintain the tem-
perature cold, then a retherm followed by maintaining hot in the retherm chamber for hot foods.
When turned on, maintaining cold is automatically turned on in order to ensure a temperature drop in the chambers.
These devices can be used for cold links or hot links.
y Use as a cold link
The food to be loaded must be at a temperature between 0 and 3°C.
Loading is done, preferably, in refrigerated premises and in a refrigerated cart
The cart has to be turned on at least 1 h before it is loaded in order to refrigerate the chambers.
Two types of operation are possible :
Manual : With no retherm programme activated: with this type of operation, starting retherm is done manually in the following way :
