Data transfer :
Transfer is via the USB connector located to the right of the touch screen. In order to guarantee proper operation, use only the USB tracea-
bility key marked Bourgeat and supplied with the traceability module.
Connecting a USB key makes it possible to authorise a data export by removing the grey from the confirmation button. This module allows
for data extraction; once extracted, all of the data on the electronic board is erased.
Transferred file :
HACCP : Each reheating is saved to a different HACCP traceability file on the USB key:
D: \HACCP \2012-05 \H1481349.CSV
Where :
- D: is the drive corresponding to the USB key
- HACCP: is the directory containing all of the HACCP traceability data
- 2012-05: directory containing all of the retherm carried out in the month of May 2012
- H14_1349.CSV is the file corresponding to the retherm carried out on 14 May 2012 at 13h49. This file can be read on any spreadsheet of
the Excel type.
The HACCP traceability file content is as follows :
Reheating type
Date
14/05/2012
14/05/2012
14/05/2012
14/05/2012
14/05/2012
The «reheating type» field can have one of the following values:
- «Auto Time Retherm»
- «Auto Sensor Retherm»
- «Manual Time Retherm»
- «Manual Sensor Retherm»
Temperature are indicated in degrees Celsius accurate to one degree.
A fault temperature is symbolised with «---».
Cold fault
For cold faults, a single file is exported to the USB key : D: \DEFAUT \2012-05 \F15_1044.CSV
Where
- D: is the drive corresponding to the USB key
- FAULT: is the directory in which all of the faults are exported
- 2012-05: directory containing the faults exported for the month of May 2012
- F15_1044.CSV is the file containing the cold faults exported on 15 May 2012 at 10h44
- The file contains all of the cold faults recorded by the oven since the last export performed.
The content of the file is as follows :
Cold fault start
Date
28/04/2012
07/05/2012
12/05/2012
14/05/2012
Each line corresponds to one cold fault. A cold fault is recorded when the temperature of the cold chamber is higher than the threshold (9°C
by default) for 10 consecutive minutes. No fault is recorded when the oven is turned on until the cold threshold is reached a first time.
Note: If the cold chamber sensor is in fault, the threshold is considered to be exceeded and the fault is recorded.
