Power fault : If there is en electric power fault while the equipment is operating, a fault is automatically recorded. These faults are then
stored and can be consulted in the screen below :
Reheating door open fault : this module makes it possible to calculate, over each retherm cycle, the total time that the door has been open.
The calculation for this duration includes the number of time the door has been opened and how long it was opened each time.

y Data extraction (Traceability option)
- Your cabinet must be equipped with the traceability option in order to be able to extract the data.
- The recording capacity is:
* For operating faults: 4000 faults of type, i.e. a total of 16,000 faults.
* For recording retherm programmes: at a rate of 3 retherms per day: 2 years.
- As soon as the cabinet is turned on, the data is recorded automatically.
