Causa
The combustion engine does not start:
• The ignition key is on OFF position;
• The fuel tank is empty;
• The fuel line is clogged;
• The fuel tap is set to "CLOSED" position;
• The fuel in the tank is of poor quality, has water, is
dirty or is already old;
• The fuel filter or the injector are clogged, the ignition
is malfunctioning, or the valves are stuck;
• There is air in the fuel hose;
• The air filter is dirty;
• Low oil level;
• Battery is discharged;
Start-up difficulties or reduced combustion engine power:
• The air filter is dirty;
• There is water in the fuel tank;
• The fuel tank is dirty;
• The fuel filter or the injector are clogged, the ignition
is malfunctioning, or the valves are stuck;
• The air filter is dirty;

Solution
• Turn the ignition key to the right;
• Fill the tank;
• Check the fuel line and open the fuel tap;
• Open the fuel tap;
• Drain the fuel tank and refuel with fresh diesel;
• Replace or repair defective or damaged components, if
necessary;
• Remove the fuel hose from the injector pump and run
diesel fuel until it comes out without air bubbles.
Connect the hose to the injection pump;
• Clean/replace the air filter;
• Top up with oil;
• Recharge or replace the battery;
• Clean/replace the air filter;
• Empty the fuel tank and clean the fuel line. Fill up with
fresh diesel;
• Clean the fuel tank;
• Replace or repair defective or damaged components, if
necessary;
• Clean/replace the air filter;
