To order replacement parts, please give the following information:
1.
Model No. and Serial No. and all specifications shown on the Model No./Serial No. plate.
2.
Part number or numbers as shown in the Parts List section.
3.
A brief description of the trouble with the generator.
For the period of warranty noted below from the original date of sale, Powermate, LLC (Powermate) warrants its products will be free
from defects in material and workmanship for the items and period set forth below. Powermate will, at its discretion, repair or replace any
part(s) which, upon evaluation, inspection and testing by Powermate or an Authorized/Certified Powermate Service Dealer, is found to be
defective. Any equipment that the purchaser/owner claims to be defective must be evaluated by the nearest Authorized/Certified
Powermate LLC Service Dealer.

*Limited to 500 hours of use.
Guidelines:
1.
For the purpose of this warranty "consumer use" means
personal residential household or recreational use by
original purchaser.
2.
The customer is responsible to read and follow all
operating instructions.
3.
Products that are damaged due to improper operation will
not be covered by warranty. This includes water pump
components that are started without the required water
flow and pressure.
The Following Will Not Be Covered By This Warranty:
1.
Costs of normal maintenance and adjustments.
2.
Customer education/instruction.
3.
Damage/failures caused by: Improper repair, improper
repair or diagnosis, misuse, abuse, misapplication,
negligence, normal wear and tear or misapplication.
4.
Failures caused by any contaminated or improper fuels,
oils or lack of proper oil levels.
5.
Water freezing in the pump (water must be drained from
the pump at the end of the season in freezing climates).
6.
Starting batteries, fuses, light bulbs, engine fluids and
any related labor.
THIS WARRANTY SUPERSEDES OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. SPECIFICALLY, POWERMATE
MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES AS TO THE MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES WHICH ARE ALLOWED BY LAW, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE TERMS OF THE EXPRESS
WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY
LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
POWERMATE'S ONLY LIABILITY SHALL BE THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF PART(S) AS STATED ABOVE. IN NO EVENT
SHALL POWERMATE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF SUCH DAMAGES ARE A
DIRECT RESULT OF POWERMATE'S NEGLIGENCE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS FROM STATE TO STATE

The customer will be responsible to transport the product
to an authorized Powermate repair facility for all Warranty
repairs.
5.
Dated Proof of purchase and verification of maintenance is
required for coverage of warranty repairs.
6.
This warranty is not transferable from the original owner.
7.
Non-commercial usage warranty period is 90 days or 500
hours. Whichever comes first.
7.
Any communication expenses. Including but not limited to:
telephone, cellular phone, facsimile, or internet.
8.
Products and/or part(s) that are modified or altered in a
manner not authorized by Powermate in writing.
9.
Any incidental, consequential or indirect damages caused
by defects in materials or workmanship, or any delay in
repair or replacement of the defective part(s).
10. Failures caused by any act of God or external cause
including without limitation, fire, theft, freezing, war,
lightning, earthquake, windstorm, hail, water, tornado,
hurricane, or any other matters which are reasonably
beyond the manufacturer's control.
