When the engine has turned over
for the first time:
:
Move the choke lever (4) to e
:
Press the button of the
decompression valve (5) again
before each fresh attempt to start
the engine.
:
As soon as the engine is running,
briefly blip the throttle trigger, the
control lever (3) returns to its normal
position # and the engine idles.
If the carburetor has been set
correctly, the abrasive wheel must
not turn when the engine idles.
The cut-off machine is now ready for
use.

To switch off the engine:
:
Move the control lever (3) to "0" c
If the temperature is very low,
let the engine warm up.
:
Briefly blip the throttle trigger when
the engine has started =
disengage starting throttle position.
The control lever reverts to its
normal position # and the engine
idles.
:
Gently press the throttle trigger and
let the engine warm up.

If the engine refuses to start:
The choke lever was not returned to its
warm start position = e when the
engine turned over for the first time and
it has now been flooded.
:
Disconnect the spark plug
terminal (1).
:
Unscrew and dry the spark plug.
:
Set the control lever to "0" c
:
Press the throttle trigger in
completely.
:
Pull the starter rope through several
times to vent the combustion
chamber.
:
Replace the spark plug and
reconnect the spark plug terminal.
