TROUBLESHOOTING
Trouble
The machines functions are not enabled when
turning the ignition key to "I".
The side broom does not operate.
The machine collects little debris/dust.
The electrical ilter shaker does not work.
The machine operates only when stationary,
otherwise the red warning light turns on.
The battery autonomy is low.
When pulling the drive control lever, the machine
does not move, or it moves slowly.
Procedure to be performed by Nilisk Service Center.

NOTE
The machine cannot operate without the battery charger. In case of battery charger failure, contact an authorised Service
Center.

Possible cause
The battery connector is disconnected.
The hopper is not in its proper position.
The main motor circuit breaker (FA) is open.
The electronic battery charger is connected
to the electrical mains.
The hopper microswitch is broken.
The fuse (FB) or (FC) (optional) is open.
The side broom microswitch is faulty.
The dust ilter is clogged.
The hopper is full.
The skirts are not properly adjusted or are
broken.
The brooms are not properly adjusted.
The main broom belt is misadjusted or worn.
The fuse (F1) is open.
The batteries are discharged.
The batteries are dead.
The batteries capacity is low.
The drive control cable is misadjusted or
broken.
The driving belt is misadjusted or worn.

Remedy
Open the hood and connect the battery
connector.
Place the hopper properly.
Wait for the main motor to cool down, then
reset the fuse by pressing the relevant push-
button.
Disconnect the electronic battery charger
from the electrical mains.
Replace the microswitch. (*)
Wait for the side broom motor to cool down,
then reset the fuse by pressing the relevant
push-button.
Replace the relevant side broom
microswitch. (*)
Clean the dust ilter by using the ilter shaker
or by disassembling it.
Empty the hopper.
Adjust/replace the skirts.
Adjust the broom height.
Adjust or replace the main broom belt. (*)
Replace the fuse.
Charge the batteries.
If the trouble persists, replace the batteries.
Replace the batteries.
Buy batteries with higher capacity (see the
Technical Data paragraph).
Adjust or replace the drive control cable. (*)
Adjust or replace the driving belt. (*)
