SOLUTION FILTER CLEANING
1.
Empty the solution tank (15) as shown in the relevant
paragraph.
2.
Make sure that the power supply cable plug is
disconnected from the electrical mains.
3.
Drive the machine on a level floor.
4.
Unscrew the transparent cover (A, Fig. 7), remove the
gasket (B), then remove the filter strainer (C). Clean and
install them on the support (D).
NOTE
Install the gasket (B) and the filter strainer (C)
properly on the cover (A) and on the support (D).
TROUBLESHOOTING
Trouble
The motors do not operate.
The brush does not work.
The vacuum system motor does not
turn on.
The dirty water vacuuming is
insufficient.
The solution flow to the brush is
insufficient.
The squeegee leaves marks on the
floor.

This maintenance procedure must be performed by an authorised Nilfisk Service Center.
For further information refer to the Service Manual, available at any Nilfisk Service Center.
SCRAPPING
Have the machine scrapped by a qualified scrapper.
Before scrapping the machine, remove and separate the following materials, which must be disposed of properly according to the
Law in force:

Brushes/pads
–
Plastic hoses and components
–
Electrical and electronic components (*)

Refer to the nearest Nilfisk Center especially when scrapping electrical and electronic components.

Possible Cause
The power supply cable or the relevant plug is
broken.
The switch (41) is broken.
The push-button (43) is broken.
The switch (42) is broken.
The recovery tank is full.
The hose is disconnected from the squeegee.
The vacuum grid is clogged or the float is stuck
closed.
The squeegee is dirty or the squeegee blades are
worn or damaged.
The tank cover is not properly closed or the gasket
is damaged.
The solution filter is dirty.
There are debris under the squeegee blades.
The squeegee blades are worn, chipped or torn.
The squeegee has not been adjusted with the
handwheel.

Replace the cable. (*)

Empty the tank.
Connect.
Clean the grid or check the float.
Clean and check the squeegee.
Close the cover or clean/replace the gasket.
Clean the filter.
Remove the debris.
Replace the blades.
Adjust it.
