Problem

Solution
Make sure that the cutting blade is not worn out, smooth, out of shape or damaged.
Make sure that the front and rear guide wheels can move smoothly and move freely up
and down.
Let the cutting blade cut at its correct rate of speed. Do no push the product forward
with hard force.
Make sure that the guide wheels are aligned in the pre-existing saw cut before start-
ing.
Make sure that the existing saw cuts are clean and free from unwanted contamination.
Make sure that the Lexan
Do a check of the spring pressure. Push the front and rear blade block shafts up.
There must be a low to moderate pressure.
Do not twist or move the product to the sides while you cut. Gradually change the
pressure on the handlebar to control the cutting blade in the cut.
Make sure that the engine operates correctly and at the specified rpm.
Examine the belt and the pulleys for correct tension.
Make sure that the cutting blade is correctly assembled and attached with clean flang-
es.
Make sure that the concrete surface is clean and that the skid plate can move smooth-
ly along on the concrete surface.
Clean unwanted concrete contamination from the blade block assembly.
Make sure that the scrapers in the blade block can move freely and that they are not
bent.
Make sure that the blade block shafts can move freely and that they are not bent.
Make a new cut in the pre-existing saw cut from the opposite direction.
Do a check that the front pointer is correctly aligned with the center of the cutting
blade.
Examine the skid plate for damage or burrs.
Do a check that the front and rear pointer are correctly aligned with the center of the
cutting blade.
Do a check that the cutting blade is not worn out, smooth, out of shape or damaged.
Do not twist or move the product to the sides while you cut. Gradually change the
pressure on the handlebar to control the cutting blade in the cut.
Make sure that all wheels move freely and smoothly.
