SYMPTOM
Motor piston

not start or stops
Injection
Water flowing back
into concentrate

No suction of

CAUSE
Piston stalled.
Air has not been
bled from unit.
Maximum flow
exceeded.
Motor piston is
damaged.
Contaminated, worn,
or missing check
valve parts.
The piston motor
has stopped.
Air leak (inlet) in the
suction tube.
Blocked suction tube
or clogged strainer.
Missing or worn
suction check valve
seal.
Missing or worn
plunger seal.

SOLUTION
Reset piston, by hand.
Bleed air from unit, by
bleed button.
1. Reduce flow, restart unit.
2. Unscrew the top cap.
Take off the piston
and check piston
valves seals to ensure
correct position.
Return unit to your
service center for repair.
Check and clean
the components or
return the unit to your
distributor.

Check the tightness bet-
ween nut and suction hose.
