ECL-75, ECL-102
➤
Insert the three-pole plug of the sensing cable into the socket (3-pole pin strip socket)
on the control PCB of the air conditioner (see fig. 9, page 10).
➤
Link the ECL-75 to the air conditioner using the two-wire on/off cable (sensing cable,
item no. 4441300084).
➤
Set the AC/DC switching parameters for the air conditioner to "02" (see the
installation manual for the CA1000, "Configuring the system software").
7.2
DC kit 2 with Dometic B1600 / Systems with enable input
Circuit diagram, see page 4
Roof air conditioner:
Dometic B1600 / Systems with enable input approved by the manufacturer
Charging current distributor: ECL-102
Inverter: ECW-012VS
➤
Install the switch, which is connected to the two-wire cable, in an easily-accessible place.
➤
Connect the system plug to the inverter. Divide a wire of the cable in such a way that
the ends produced can be connected to the l2/l3 connectors of the ECL-102 with wire
sleeves. If necessary, extend the wires with a suitable cable.
7.3
DC-Kit-2 with Dometic CA2500 / B2200 / B1600 Plus
Circuit diagram, see page 5 (CA2500) / page 6 (B2200 / B1600 Plus)
Roof air conditioner: Dometic CA2500 / B2200 / B1600 Plus
Charging current distributor: ECL-102
Inverter: ECW-012VS
➤
Install inverter remote control C (membrane button) in an easily-accessible place and
connect its cable to the inverter.
Dometic CA2500:
➤
Remove the CA2500's outlet panel.
➤
Connect the charging current distributor to the air conditioner using the two-wire
universal connection cable (on/off cable, item no. 4441300124).
➤
Connect the wire sleeves of the universal connection cable to contacts 12 and 13
on the charging current distributor.
➤
A cable leading out provides the connection to the circuit board (see fig. 11,
page 11). Sever this cable and join the resulting cable ends to the universal
connection cable.
Dometic B2200 / B1600 Plus:
Note
B 2200 with a serial number lower than 802200001 must be installed as
described in chapter 7.2.
➤
Remove the B2200 / B1600 Plus's outlet panel, if necessary remove the upper
cover.
