Tip: The enclosed sticker shows an
overview of the swivel arm positions
and the recommended speeds for
the different applications. You can at-
tach the sticker on the rear of the ap-
pliance in an inconspicuous position.

¡ Fold in food that is not to be
cut, e.g. raisins or chocolate
chips.
Professional flexible stirrer
¡ Stir food, e.g. cake mixture or
mousse.
¡ Fold in food, e.g. egg whites,
cream or raisins.
Professional beating whisk
¡ Beat egg whites and cream.
¡ Make light dough, e.g. sponge
mixture.
Tip: The professional beating whisk
is equipped with fine adjustment. It al-
lows you to adjust the distance to the
bowl.
