Ogni 40 ore di lavoro controllare la cinghia di rinvio 3A (vers.elet-
trica), o 3B (vers.benzina). Se la cinghia è lenta, provvedere alla
tensione agendo nel seguente modo:
Tensione cinghia di rinvio (versione benzina)
- allentare le viti 2 del tendicinghia 1;
- spostare verso la cinghia il tendicinghia fino ad ottenere la
corretta tensione;
- riavvitare le viti 2 del tendicinghia.
Tensione cinghia di rinvio (versione elettrica)
- allentare il controdado 4 del tendicinghia 5.
- ruotare in senso orario il tendicinghia per tensionare la cin-
ghia 3A;
- stringere il controdado 4.
Attenzione!
Il tensionamento della cinghia deve essere
eseguito in modo corretto; non deve essere troppo
tesa per non creare carichi eccessivi ai cuscinetti.
Sostituzione cinghia di rinvio
Per la sostituzione di detta cinghia operare nel seguente modo:
- sollevare il cofano motore per accedere all'interno del vano filtri 6;
- dall'interno del contenitore filtri svitare le viti di fissaggio del convo-
gliatore 7 di centraggio della ventola (solo vers.benzina);
- allentare il tendicinghia 3A (vers.elettrica) 3B (vers.benzina);
- sostituire la cinghia 3A e 3B;
- ritendere correttamente la cinghia 3A e 3B tramite il tendicinghia 1
(vers.Benzina) e 5 (vers.Elettrica);
- rimontare il convogliatore di centraggio ventola 7 (solo v.benzina);
- abbassare il cofano motore.

Every 40 working hours, check the belt 3A (electric machine) or 3B
(petrol machine), If the belt is slack, tension it proceeding as follows:
Transmission belt tension (petrol machine)

Transmission belt tension (electric machine).

The belt tension must be set correctly. It must not
be too taut as this will generate excessive loads on
the bearings.
Replacing the transmission belt
To replace this belt, proceed as follows:

Back off the screws 2 of the belt stretcher 1.
Move the belt stretcher towards the belt until the correct ten-
sion is obtained.
Retighten the screws 2 of the belt stretcher.
loosen counternut 4 of the belt stretcher 1.
turn clockwise the belt stretcher to tension the belt 3A.
tighten counternut 4.
Caution!
Lift the hood to reach the interior of the filter container 6
From inside the filter container, undo the screws which fix the fan
centring conveyor 7 (petrol machine only).
Back off the belt stretcher 3A (electric machine) 3B (petrol ma-
chine)
Replace the belt 3A and 3B.
Return the belt 3A and 3B to the correct tension using the belt
stretcher 1 (petrol machine) and 5 ( electric machine).
Replace the fan centring conveyor 7 (petrol machine only).
Low the hood.
