2. INTRODUCTION
The water cooler features high quality and reliability. It is waterproof and has a very efficient pump
according to Italian technology. With years of experience in the field of welding, the water coolers called
"Stamos Selection" are best suited for the use in continuous operation.

3. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
1. Please drain the cooler if you do not intend to use it for a long period of time.
2. Make sure that the tank is filled sufficiently with clean water and that all connections are well secured.
Also make sure that there is sufficient water in the container (i.e. up to the safety indication). The
pump can be damaged if the water level in the tank is not sufficient.
3. Make sure that the input voltage is adequate. For this purpose, please refer to technical information.
4. If the motor works well, i.e.when the airflow can be felt from the cooler, but there is a lack of water
flow or there is none at all, then you can increase the pressure by connecting a compressor to the
inflow or outflow.
5. If the motor does not work it could mean that the input voltage is too low, please check the power
supply.
6. The pump can be damaged if the cooler is inclined during operation.
7. This device is designed to cool a welding machine. The coolant must be clean or distilled water. Fill
the tank up to the safety indication, make sure to use enough water. The water level must not fall
below the safety indication on the front panel of the device. If the water in the tank has been in use
for a prolonged period of time and bears signs of contamination, replace it with clean water.
8. Since a motor is installed in the cooler, the device should not be used in rain or in a humid
environment. Motor winding should not be in contact with water. Make sure that this does not
happen otherwise the motor will be damaged.

4. DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTROL PANEL, INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE
4.1 MOUNTING
1. Verify the input voltage (230V~ see label on the device) and connect the device to a power supply.
2. Connect the outflow of the cooler with the inflow of your welding machine.
3. Connect the inflow of the cooler with the outflow of your welding machine.

The cooler draining plug is located underneath the device.
4.2 MAINTENANCE
1. The device must always be dry and clean.
2. Remember to always refill water and replace it on a regular basis.
3. Before each cleaning, as well as when the device in not used, unplug it as the device should cool
down completely.
4. Clean the surface of the device only with cleaning agents free of corrosive substances.
5. The device must be stored in a dry and cold place protected against moisture and direct sun rays.
4.3 REGULAR CONTROL OF THE DEVICE
Please ensure regularly that the device is in good condition. Should it be damaged, please stop using it
immediately and contact your customer service to solve the problem.
What to do in case of problem?
Please contact your customer service and prepare the following information:
• Invoice number and serial number (the latter is to be found on the technical plate on the device).
• If relevant, a picture of the damaged, broken or defective part.
• It will be easier for your customer service advisor to identify the source of the problem if you give
a detailed and precise description of the matter. The more details you give, the quicker the customer
service will be able to solve your problem!
CAUTION: Never open the device without the authorisation of your customer service. This may affect
the guarantee!
