8.2 Proportion of the components clearly deviates
from a 1:1 mixing.
Cause: The volume of one of the pump
chambers has considerably increased
due to abrasion – caused by quartz par-
ticles in the silicone.
Correction: Bring the filling height of
the reservoirs (bottles/canisters) onto
the same level and extract about 250 ml
(corresponds to about 2–3 duplications).
If the extraction volume after this try
noticeably deviates in one of the com-
ponents, the output can be adjusted to
the required 1:1 dosage with the help
of the setting screws (9/10).
Important notice: Exclusively change
the output of the component, that
shows a higher volume output (lower
filling level).
8.3 The pump is in operation, the LEDs are flashing, no
silicone is being delivered.
Cause: The silicone in the mixing tip
is cured.

8.4 The machine shows no function

Causes:
a) The machine is not connected to the
power supply. Check the connection.
b) The main switch (1) is turned off. Turn
the machine on.
c) The sealing plugs respectively the con-
nector plugs for the reservoirs (4a/4b) do
not have contact. Pull the connectors from
the machine, clean them, if necessary, and
firmly insert them into their sockets.

Release the cover of the setting screw
(9/10) that needs adjustment and care-
fully insert a slotted screwdriver into the
opening until it noticeably snaps into
the slot of the setting screw.
The volume output of this component
can be reduced through anti-clockwise
rotation.
Change the volume output only gradu-
ally. A ½ turn will already effect a vol-
ume reduction of about 4 %. Repeat
this process, if necessary, after you have
checked the mixing ratio.
After adjustment re-lock the setting
screw with its cover.
Correction: Replace the cured mixing
tip by a new one.
d) The fuse is blown. Take the fuse
out (see Chapter 11) and exchange, if
necessary.
In case the Dosper evo still does not
show any function, disconnect from the
power supply and contact the respon-
sible service technician or get in touch
directly with the supplier Dreve.
