7.1 Connection of the silicone containers

With the help of adapters all commonly
used material containers as well as the
optionally available material reservoirs
can be connected to the Dosper evo.
Important notice:
Please make sure that the component
connections are never mixed up.
On replacement of bottles or the refill
of the reservoirs always ensure that the
catalyst (standard colour white) as well
as the base (coloured) are always con-
nected to the same side of the machine.
Already through minimal blending of
the components the silicone hardens

7.1.1 Connection of 2 x 1 kg (850 ml) bottles

Replace the original cap of the bottle
by the adapter, which is included in the
delivery, and fasten it hand-tight.
Note that each adapter must absolutely
be used for the same silicone compo-
nent again when changing bottles in
the future.
The bottles can now be connected to
the machine with the help of the adapt-
ers. Turn the bottles upside down and
deviation of the ideal 1:1 mixture (see
point. 8.2)

Dublisil -Silicones.

Important notice:
The filling level of the containers must
be controlled constantly!
They shall never be emptied completely.
Otherwise air might get into the system
and the machine must be de-aerated in
a complex procedure (see. point 8.1).
A minimum level of about 2–3 cm
always has to remain in the containers.
