Automatic battery charger with IU0U regulation
Battery chargers for lead acid battery with liquid or gel electrolyte
Thank you for your choice! To get the best of your equipment, please read carefully following
recommendations.
I / IUoU CHARGING MODE
First step
: a charge with constant intensity (Boost).
Second step
: a charge with constant voltage (Equalisation) regulated at 2.46 V by element (liquid) and
2.38 V by element (gel).
Third step
: a charge at a constant voltage of 2.3V by element (Floating).
This technology will fully recharge your battery without any risk and even with minor variations of the
mains voltage supply.
II / PROTECTIONS
To start your charger, it is necessary that the voltage of the battery be above 4 V.
This product is equipped with fuses (auto type ATO) which permits to stop the current if there is a
reversal of polarity.
There is an internal limitation of temperature which decreases the output voltage in case
of abnormal superheating.
III / MONITORING OF THE CHARGER
Inverter 20 HF
Description: 1 lighting switch ON / OFF,
1 switch for selecting the voltage of the battery 12V/24V,
1 switch for choosing the type of the battery (liquid electrolyte or gel),
1 switch for selecting the voltage (8A / 20A),
2 lighting indicators (yellow = loading, green = loaded batterie).
You have to connect the clamps of the charger on the battery before starting the product. Respect the
polarities of the battery (red clamp on the + and black clamp on the -). You have to be sure that the fuse
30A is good.
Choose the type of the battery you have to load by the switches Voltage / Type of the battery / Intensity.
