We are always happy to take your call; however, if you have a question about the
operation of your InGenuity™ product, these simple solutions may answer your
question quickly and easily:
Issue
Swing does not
function (swinging,
music, LEDs)
Shoulder straps do
not fi t over baby or

Note: this condition is normal and does not affect performance
or safety. This product comfortably supports infants up to 25 lbs.
As baby's weight increases, the seat will appear more level when
occupied.

Solution
Separate the center sway module and
seat top control module. Check for a
loose electrical connection.
Route the shoulder straps through the
next higher pair of slots in the seat pad
(see Step 2 on page 17)
1 Slide Power Switch to ON position
2 Select swing speed setting
3 Gently push the seat to start
swinging motion
Remove and reinstall the batteries,
orienting them to match the (+) and (–)
markings in the compartment
Replace all batteries with new
alkaline size D batteries
Gently push the seat to start swinging
motion
Slide Power Switch to OFF and ON
position to restart
Allow the swing control time to adjust
(wait for LEDs to stop fl ashing)
Replace all batteries with new
alkaline size D batteries
Replace all batteries with new
alkaline size D batteries
Operate swing without timer; auto-shutoff
occurs after 90 minutes
Press Swing Timer Select Button to
select 30, 45, or 60 minute operation
Replace all batteries with new
alkaline size D batteries
Push Volume Control Switch as needed
to turn volume on
Press the Music Button or Nature
Sounds Button to restart
