o Before plugging into a socket, it must be ensured
that the mains voltage matches the voltage speci-
fied on the rating plate of the appliance.
o The appliance must not be operated with a dam-
aged supply cord or plug, or after the appliance mal-
functions, or has been damaged in any way. It must
be returned to the nearest authorised service facil-
ity for inspection, repair or adjustment.
o Any unauthorised attempts at repair or assembly, or
use of any accessory attachment not recommended
or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric
shock or personal injury and will void the manufac-
turer's warranty.
o To avoid any hazards, the motorised base of the ap-
pliance, the cord or the plug must not be immersed
into water or any other fluid.
o Take into account the installation surface, rubber
feet may leave marks on certain surfaces.
o Never place the blender on hot gas or electric
cooker rings, or in close proximity to them.
o Avoid any risk of tripping over the supply cable.
o Never carry the appliance holding it by the cord.
o Never operate the blender when empty.
o Only use the blender when the container is closed.
o Do not grasp moving parts.
