Now mount the complete saw to the machine
stand by screwing the hexagonal bolts (j) and the
nuts (i) to the corners. (Fig. 7)

Afterwards, tighten all screws and nuts on the ma-
chine stand.
8.2 Fitting the hand wheel (Fig. 8)
1.
Fit the washer (e) on the screw (a).
2.
Fit the screw on the handle (b) and then the wash-
er (c) on the screw.
3.
Mount the whole assembly to the hand wheel (8)
and secure it with the hexagonal nut (d)
8.3 Replacing the table inlay (6) (Fig. 9)
1.
In the event of wear or damage, the table inlay (6)
must be replaced; otherwise there is an increased
risk of wear.
2.
Remove both screws for the table inlay (6.1) using
a Phillips screwdriver.
3.
Remove the worn table inlay (6).
4.
Installation of the new table inlay (6) takes place
in reverse order.
8.4 Adjusting the riving knife (Fig. 9-11)
m Attention! Pull out the mains plug! The setting
of the riving knife (4) must be checked every time
before commissioning.
1.
Set the saw blade (5) to the max. cutting depth,
move to the 0° position and lock in place.
2.
Remove the table inlay (6) (Fig. 9)
m Attention! For shipping reasons, the riving
knife (4) has been mounted in the bottom posi-
tion before the initial commissioning. The ma-
chine may only be used when the riving knife
(4) is in the top position. Mount the riving knife
(4) in the top position as follows:

Loosen the locking lever (23) and bring the riving
knife (4) into the top position (Fig. 10)
4.
The distance between the saw blade (5) and the
riving knife (4) should be max. 5 mm. (Fig. 11)
5.
Tighten the locking lever (23) again and fit the ta-
ble inlay (6)
8.5 Fitting the saw blade guard (Fig. 12)
1.
Place the saw blade guard (2) on the riving knife
(4) from above, so that the screw (24) sits firm-
ly in the elongated hole of the riving knife (4).
Attention: To put the saw blade guard (2) on the
riving knife (4), the quick locking button (A) must
be pressed.

Do not over-tighten the screw (24); The saw blade
guard (2) must remain free to move.

Attach the suction hose (3) to the suction adapter
on the back of the machine and the suction port of
the saw blade guard (2).
4.
Disassembly takes place in reverse order.
Attention!
Before starting sawing, the saw blade guard
(2) must be lowered onto the workpiece.
8.6 Mounting/changing the saw blade
(fig. 9, 12, 13)
1.
Attention! Pull out the mains plug and wear
protective gloves.
2.
Remove the saw blade guard (2) (Fig. 12)
3.
Remove the table inlay (6) (Fig. 9)
4.
Loosen the nut by applying the open-ended span-
ner (f) to the nut and hold it in place with another
open-ended spanner (f) on the flange (Fig. 13).
Attention! Turn the nut in the direction of rota-
tion of the saw blade.
5.
Take off the outer flange and pull the old saw blade
down and off the inner flange at an angle.
6.
Clean the saw blade flange carefully with a wire
brush before installing the new saw blade.
7.
Insert the new saw blade in the reverse sequence
and tighten.
Attention! Observe the running direction, the
cutting angle of the teeth must point in the run-
ning direction, i.e. forwards
8.
Fit and set the table inlay (6) and the saw blade
guard (2) again.
9.
Before working with the saw again, check that the
protective devices are functioning properly. Lift
the saw blade guard and then release it. The saw
blade guard should automatically move back to its
starting position.
9.
Operation
9.1 Switching on/off (Fig. 14)
- It is possible to switch the saw on by pressing the
green "I" button (11). Before starting sawing, wait
until the saw blade has reached its maximum speed.
- In order to switch the saw off again, it is necessary to
press the red "0" button (11).
9.2 Adjusting the cutting depth (Fig. 14)
The saw blade can be (continuously) adjusted to the
required cutting depth by turning the hand wheel for the
height adjustment (8)
