4. USE

4.1 CONNECTION AND STARTING UP

Unpack the instrument, the power supply unit, the calibration solution, and the
operating manual.
Connect the conductivity cell (not supplied with the instrument).
Without temperature, BNC connector.
With temperature (or temperature only), lockable 5-pin plug.
Connect the power supply unit to the "power supply" connector.
(The C320 must be used with the power supply unit provided).
Press the Off/On key:
The display unit indicates conductivity measurement.
The alphanumeric display alternates between the conductivity range and the
temperature.
Press the Off/On key: to switch the instrument off.

4.2 TEMPERATURE ADJUSTMENT AND MEASUREMENT

The temperature correction refers the conductivity values to 25°C.
On the C320, the temperature correction can be applied manually or
automatically.
This value is indicated by the alphanumeric display.
