➤ Cut out the discharge hole . Refer to the following table for discharge hole diameters .

➤ Using a PVC primer and solvent cement, attach the desired discharge fittings .
➤ Vertical discharge hose: Attach the hose adapter directly to the discharge flange
outlet .
➤ Horizontal discharge hose: Attach the elbow fitting directly to the discharge flange
outlet . Attach the hose adapter to the elbow fitting .
➤ Allow the cement to cure before handling the fitting .
➤ Insert the discharge flange into the hole with the elbow fitting or hose adapter pointing in the
direction of the discharge plumbing .
