6. DESCRIPTION AND FUNCTION
6.1
Description
The condensate lifting unit serves as a component in installations for pumping accumu-
lated condensate. The condensate lifting unit is used when the condensate cannot be
disposed of via a natural fall or when the installation site of the system lies below the
backflow level.
The unit is ready for connection and is fitted with a mains plug (1 ~ 230 V) for a shock-
proof socket. The condensate inlet connection and the condensate discharge con-
nection are in the cover of the condensate collection reservoir (Fig. 1, item 6). A non-
return valve is built into the condensate discharge connection (Fig. 1, item 4).
