Fitting instructions
1)
Remove the inner coating in the trunk.
2)
Position the tow bar with the points (e) on the provided drillings in the underside of the chassis beam.
Then, drill the points (A) through with ∅10,5mm till in the trunk. Afterwards enlarge the holes in the
till ∅18mm. Place the tubes (n) in those holes, place the mounting pieces (g) on the tubes, insert

the bolts but do not tighten yet.
3)
Place mounting plate (j) on the tube so that the holes in the tube are matching with the holes (F) on the
moung plate. Mounting plate (j) must point up.
Place against the underside of the tube the mounting pieces (e) and (f), insert the bolts by (F) but do not
tighten yet.
Place the mounting pieces (k) and (l) against the towing ring so that the points (B) of it are matching with
the holes (B) in plate (j).
Insert here also the bolts but do not tighten yet.
4)
Place mounting piece (i) in a line with the vehicule and drill point (D) of the piece (i) through till in the
trunk. Place now mounting piece (m) in the trunk, so that the second hole points to mounting piece (h)
and drill then also the other hole out of the trunk.
Insert the bolts and tighten afterwards everything
5)
Assemble the ball, tighten and replace the inner coating in the trunk.

Note
Please consult your cardealer or owners manual for the maximal permissable towing mass.
Remove any bitumen coating on the fastening position for the tow bar.
When drilling, be carefull not to damage any brake lines, electrical wiring or fuel lines.
