For your personal safety:
Wear suitable work clothes
such as boots with non-slip
soles, sturdy long trousers,
gloves and goggles. Hearing
protection must be used in
case the device is used over
prolonged periods of time. Do
not wear long fl owing clothing
or jewellery, as this may be
caught by moving parts. Do
not use this tool while walking
barefooted or while wearing
open sandals.
a) Always switch off the de-
vice fi rst and remove the
safety key

correct any malfunctions or con-

in bad weather is to be
avoided, especially if the-
re is a risk of lightning.
There is a risk of personal injury
from an electric shock.
d) Avoid an abnormal work
posture.
e) Always maintain your
balance to ensure secure
footing on slopes.
f) Walk, do not run, when
operating the device.
g) Do not touch any of the
dangerous moving parts
until the safety key has
been removed and the
moving parts have come
to a complete standstill.
h) Never operate the device
with defective protection
equipment or faulty pro-
tection covers or without
any protection equipment.
